Sky Q WiFi Booster

I've had sky Q since it was invented and in the last three years signed on for superfast broadband and booster, not knowing that the booster is a piece of kit and not some software adjustment at Sky's end. I've been paying £6 a month ever since and never received the equipment. Now that a booster has been sent to me today, they won't refund those monies!

'Broadband Boost' is the product name for a subscription service: the 'WiFi Guarantee' under which booster hardware can potentially be claimed is one component of that service.

It's frankly a terrible name* because it does not, (and cannot) 'boost broadband' but unfortunately they are probably technically correct: you were receiving the service itself whether or not you made a claim.

* and note the WiFi Guarantee does not guarantee wifi...
