My Sky Q Mini box has not been able to connect to the activation server. Tried rebooting the Sky Q Mini box & all other devices, including phone landline & broadband. Still coming up with same message.

Try repowering your main Sky Q box, leaving off power for a few minutes and then repower your mini box.
