One of my Sky Q mini boxes has locked on a 'Accessibility on Sky Q' information screen. I am assuming it has carried out an update which has failed (I do not use the accessibility functions). There is no way to exit the screen, as the controller has stopped working (although it still works on my TV). I have tried to reset the box (using instructions found on this forum) but it simply returns to the same locked screen after restarting.

If 4&6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control your TV.
