Sky Q Internet
Internet not working on Sky Q. My broadband router is working and WI-FI is working and connected but it doesn't register and recognise my broadband router on Sky Q.

Have yout tried restarting your router then, when that is back online, restarting your Sky Q by turning it off at the mains, waiting 30 secs, then turning it back on?
I am just another Sky customer!
