Access apps

I have no satellite signal following storm and have an engineer booked for 14th Feb but yesterday all my apps and recordings are now showing that I need a satellite signal which i have been able to use them up until now.

Unfortunately that does happen: Sky satellite platforms require a periodic subscription verification which arrives over the dish.

hi @Polly20_25

Unfortunately that is the case.

THe SKY Q boxes need a periodic 'Keep alive' signal sent via Satellite which your box can't get until the signal is restored.

The boxes work until the next signal is due, so like yours did, work for a while thenwhen the authorisation signal is not received they shut down for everything
