As I said a couple of days ago, in spite of the engineer confirming that Sky were aware and nothing could be done, I asked him to change the q box... to date I have no pixelation on any apps, but will keep my eye on it.

We were updated to the new whatsit overnight. I'm watching Netflix now and it's still pixelating and wobbling unfortunately.

Any update on fixing this issue. It's rather annoying watching a film or show and it gets to an important part and boom pixulated

My streaming apps are pixelating some worse than others. I can't watch Disney plus at all on the tv. We have upgraded our sky broadband a couple of months ago. This has never happened before. Any suggestions welcome as we upgraded particularly so we wouldn't have any issues.
@Mandi3 i have moved your post int a larger thread all about pixellation have a look at post 2 on page 1 from a Sky employee

My Sky box has been doing this for a couple of weeks now. Are we any closer to a fix at all!?

I have exactly the same problem on Netflix and Prime on the Apps. High speed internet with no problems, so it is the Sky Q box. What's the answer?

To be clear, this is a SKY ISSUE and not a streaming platform issue. Sky, as ever, ran a software update release that was meant to make their Apps more stable - but failed to test outside of its pre-prod environment. Firstly it killed Netflix for many users totally, and then meant 1,000s of Customers have pixelation issues on all the streaming Apps. Sky is fully aware but are typically slow to fix the issue and compensate its long suffering customers. It is NOT your Broadband, it is NOT your TV, it's a fault with Sky's software. Raise a complaint and demand compensation for services you are paying for and cannot enjoy - an engineer visit will NOT cure this - Sky need to do an update release that works. Hey Sky! Sort this, you know what happened, compensate your Customers- £40 of SkyStore Vouchers or £60 of our next bills maybe - how much do you REALLY value your Customers? Time to prove it.

I get 900 meg and mine does the same, surely someone can fix a streaming issue via sky q???

Once Sky has finished counting all the money that they take off Customers in return for a poor service, they will consider looking at fixing the problem then.
