Once Sky has finished counting all the money that they take off Customers in return for a poor service, they will consider looking at fixing the problem then.
@Spinboy40 If you read the answer on page 1 post 2 you will see Sky are aware of this and it's being looked at problems like these don't have an instant fix. Fixes can take time to work out what is causing the problem then finding a fix testing the fix then rolling it out

A company as big as sky after 2 weeks should know the cause and be updating customers not just radio silence.

On demand services like Disney and Paramount are intermittently pixelated. Broadband supplied by virgin but no issues

Hi all,
Same issue with pixelated issues on all apps. Really annoying and hoping for an update to resolve all issues.
Fingers crossed something happens soon or we get an update from a Sky employee maybe?
Thanks all

@Spinboy40 totally agree with you. some customers are stating 2 weeks , I have been going through this , along with many other customers for over 6 weeks.
Regardless of how long any customer has experienced this , it's not acceptable.

It's been a month now and it's still happening with no updates from Sky. Always pleasant on the phone but their urgrncy in resolvnig issues is getting as bad as BT.

We are having the same problem using Netflix through both the main Sky Q box and the mini box. It won't load and we have to go in and out several times, and sometimes a reboot of the box works. It's very frustrating! I haven't noticed it on other apps yet.

Having the same issue, over the last couple of weeks, netflix, disney plus, all pixellating, very frustrating, really rhinking aboot leaving sly as the cost is getting ridculous now

This is happening to me too, on live tv, recordings or trying to watch Netflix, prime through my sky Q box

This will be my 3rd posting for this problem.
Just to confirm the pixelating problem was only on the Sky Q box for all apps, and the Sky Mini box never had a issue.
Now for the update my Netflix has been working perfectly since Friday the 16th of August, today I watched two shows on Disney without a issue, and now currently watching AppleTV and again no issues.
I have checked my software and its the same and no updates and I haven't done anything myself to fix this...lol.
I wonder how long it will last for before it starts acting up again.

What is going on? My tv apps are working fine, this is if I try to watch anything on the sky Q box!

Ok so we've also been having issues with Sky apps having pixelation, mostly Prime & Netflix. I'm currently using our Panasonic TV apps with not a single issue, and I've also noticed that the apps on the tv load a lot faster & clicking between films and synopsis etc is much faster. Unless Sky can sort this and match the better spoed of loading etc I'll stick to using the tv apps. I did check my software version and am on 270.8 or something along that line & have refreshed my apps. Also for note have hardwired our TV & Sky box was hardwired anyway.

Thank you for your post.
Although you can watch via other sources on your TV , I hope you don't mind me saying so but you shouldn't have to when you pay sky a subscription for TV channels, services and access to apps like prime / netflix and so on.
We should be able to use the sky Q box as we always have since they introduced the accessibility.
Again I hope you don't mind me saying that , it's just not fair that you should have to seek other ways of watching.
Really hope sky can resolve this soon.

Ooh I also meant to add on another note, for a good while now when watching Netflix through the Sky box, the previews don't work. Yet on the tv app they work perfectly. Not sure if that's been an issue for anyone else.
