Sky Minibox Issues

We have had Sky and Mulitroom for 2 years now and my contract ends tomorrow

For the last 2-3 weeks our minibox is dropping connection both from the internet and also the main Sky Q box

It's constantly dropping and I have to restart sometimes around 2-3 times both the router, main sky q box and also the minibox - sometimes this takes half an hour plus to sort before it eventually comes on.

Very annoying considering the cost of sky and the multiroom per month that I cant just turn the TV on upstairs and have TV instantly.

I've tried all actions like fully resetting everything, fully reconnecting, Wifi booster on the landing etc.

It's been fine for 2 years but only just happened in the last few weeks.

 

Any advice is appreciated....
