Horizontal lines across screen but only through q box. Not visible when streaming on Netflix or Prime
TV is Toshiba less than 12 months old.Toshiba had me rin some tests which showed no problems
Would suggest an issue with teh box connection
Have tried different HDMI cables with no change

Hi @Dave244 try changing the video output from the SKYQ box to 1080i

@Dave244 @to change the output to 1080p Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then select Settings, followed by Setup. Select Audio visual, then Picture resolution and select the resolution to 1080p
