My skyQ box was off and will not turn on

My SkyQ box was off for the night went to turn it on and it wouldn't come on the light at the from is orange it had been green before we tried turning it off at the power for awhile and then switched the power on again but still wouldn't come on. We checked the remote but it's ok. It says it has no signal.

Please help, thank you

"No signal" suggests that your TV is not receiving output from the Sky Q box; have you checked that your TV is set to the correct HDMI input?
