Sky Mini's - not seeing the SKY Q box

Hi, 

I recently had Sky Fibre installed (2 weeks ago). Recently (in the last 2 days), my Sky mini boxes freeze and cannot see the SKY Q box. If left, it corrects itself with 2 - 5 mins. This happens about every 20 mininutes, which is frustrating when trying to watch SKY.

@Chris395 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot the mini boxes
