Sky Mini box

Sky multiroom minibox not working. Tried rebooting and resettin but does not respond to remote. Amber light on all the time.

Hi @Jack+the+confused 

Have you tried switching on the mini by pressing the standby button on the front of the box (Amber led)?

Can you try re-pairing the remote to the Mini Box by pointing it at the box and press/hold the number 1 and 3 together for three seconds.

The remote should then flash red a couple of times.

 

Afterwards try pressing the Home button on your remote to see if the box comes on.

Sky Q Mini Box not working

Can anybody help with this? My SkyQ Minibox in my bedroom does not work. It shows an Amber light but that's all it does. It does not respond to the remote control {which has decent batteries}. I have tried the reboot, reset, and power off solution but no luck. 

Powering off the box and resetting it just shows an amber light that briefly flickers, no green light.

There is nothing showing on the screen.

Has it worked at all since you first posted about this issue in March? Have you tried the advise already provided or have you called Sky to report this?

Yes it worked initially after the emgineer instslled it.  I have tried the power off reset but no luck, I have contacted sky yet
