Sky Mini Box picture feezes

At least 4-5 times a week picture from mini box feezes. Not pixletes, feezes. Happens on all channels & recordings. It keeps starting then freezing again. Then after an annoying 15-20 mins it's OK. Whilst this happens a ticking noise like a clock comes from mini box. Unplugging & resetting makes no difference or if I do main box too.. Just keeps happening again. Then after certain amount of time is OK. Can happen morning noon or night. Is really annoying. Is there something up with the box??

@Studmuffin76 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

 

You first post was escalated to Sky but after they invited you to a chat there was no response within 48 from yourself so the chat was closed
