Sky Max chanel unwatchable

Trying to watch Sky Max tonight (23/12/24) but it is unwatchable as it's jittery with sound and picture freezing, tried other chanels and they seem ok.

If that was a transmission issue we'd expect multiple posts in this forum, so as @Chodley indicates it does suggest an individual reception problem.

No other channels were affected though and I did check the signal strength and there were no issues reported.

The signal strength is a guide - it is only one particular transponder.

 

A slight dish misalignment could affect one (or more) channels.  Movies seems particularly sensitive to misalignment.

I am having the same issue, all other channels are fine ,just sky max which is un watchable
