Sky Max chanel unwatchable

Trying to watch Sky Max tonight (23/12/24) but it is unwatchable as it's jittery with sound and picture freezing, tried other chanels and they seem ok.

If that was a transmission issue we'd expect multiple posts in this forum, so as @Chodley indicates it does suggest an individual reception problem.

No other channels were affected though and I did check the signal strength and there were no issues reported.

The signal strength is a guide - it is only one particular transponder.

A slight dish misalignment could affect one (or more) channels.  Movies seems particularly sensitive to misalignment.

I am having the same issue, all other channels are fine ,just sky max which is un watchable

When you have trouble with Sky Max, is Sky Witness also affected?

Exactly the same here. Sky Max unwatchable but everything else is fine

Just to confirm are those affected in the UK or Ireland, and are you watching HD or SD?

In Uk on SD.

Sky witness is fine, just tried Sky Max and still a problem.

Mine is the same on sky q and the mini box. WiFi all good, signal strength good, all other channels are fine, but this is unwatchable!

Having checked the UK SD version i'm seeing the same occasional picture stutter/break up. Other channels on the same transponder are fine, the HD version seems OK too, so it seems to be an issue at Sky's end.

Same issues here for last few days. 

So annoying. No weather issues/trees etc. So presuming it's an issue at sky's end.

Same issue here. Programmes (and ads) stutter, repeat and occasionally lose audio. Not easy to watch.
