Sky F1 HD vs UHD

I have recently upgraded to Q from Sky +HD and have taken my F1 sub with me. When my box was installed the engineer told me as they don't make the HD box anymore I had a UHD / HDR box, which I have since setup with my TV, (Panasonic UHD / HDR). All good so far.

I set my box to record the Chinese Sprint in UHD, but when I came to watch it, I get a message saying you don't subscribe to this channel. I can't find any useful info on the sky page regarding this, can anyone help?

Hi @Paul-Round   Do you subscribe to UHD? Having an UHD box doesn't mean that you can view in UHD unless you have subscribed to UHD.
