Hi, I left Sky Broadband in December and as requested I returned the Sky Hub with the packaging Sky sent out.
It says via Royal Mail Tracking that it was successfully delivered on 20/01/25 to the address provided but on the website under 'Orders' it still says it's on its way back, how long does it usually take to process and reflect on my account?
I really hope it hasn't been lost at the processing place. I attached my Sky account number to the Sky Hub and also included the original letter that was sent out requesting the return of equipment.
I don't want to be charged £50+ for something I sent back as instructed.

@Anonymous It doesn't reflect anywhere I'm afraid
providing you obtained proof of postage and keep it safe and indefinitely you are covered in the event you receive non return fee notices
should you receive them post back here and we can get you some help to resolve it
