Why are sky so **bleep**?!

I had an issue with my my Sky Q mini box but they sorted it out. Today I was told they were sending a new one that I had to exchange. The new one is now not working. I don't get home till 9 and there's no way of contacting them. For the amount I pay per month this is disgusting!

As frustrating as it is, we can't help you unless you describe what the actual problem is; "not working" can cover multiple issues
