Sky Documentaries

[Sjulian]

The sound on live and recorded programmes does not sync with picture on Documentaries channel. It seems ok on all other Sky channels. I have tried all the workarounds suggested on the App. Is this a general issue? What's the solution? I have Sky Q.

Does that include a box reboot? 

Its always worth starting with a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.

I had the same the last days.. is is a channel problem or was i will check it later again.
