Disney Issue
My sky package includes basic disney+ I'm unable to access the app as I'm being asked to restart subscription at a starting cost of £5.99 per month Ehat should I do

@Bandit you first need to activate Disney+ as explained in the help guide here and the letter Sky sent you:;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/existing-or-new-disneyplus

As pointed out you have posted on the Sky+ board. Sky+ boxes are incapable of receiving Disney+

@Bandit Your dulicate thread you created on the Sky+ Board has now been removed. Raising multiple threads is both uneccessary and causes confusion as well as duplicate replies.
