Sky Atlantic

I have Sky signature, which includes sky Atlantic. However, when I tried to watch "All her fault" a message said I had to upgrade to watch. What is going on? Please help

Do you have HD pack?  (If not you can only watch/download in SD)

So as I can only watch and download in sd, why do they not do a sd catch up channel? I can watch the latest episodes of the programme, but who wants to start watching a series at episode 7. Is there a sky Atlantic sd? If so I can't find it

Hi @AndyE14 

On the Download in question you need to look for the All formats option under the tile.  This will give you all the available resolutions available for download.
So that you do not need to do this every time it’s best to change your Download preference to SD in Home - Settings - Setup - Preferences.
This needs to be done on the main Q box.
Then if you want to download any HD content from free to air channels (BBCHD ,ITVHD etc) you can select HD in the All formats tab of the content . This will change the format for that particular download only but still leave your format to SD in preferences.
