I can watch sky Atlantic but cannot watch other programs within Sky Atlantic such as 'The Day of the Jackal' or 'Penguin' on catch up ..... it's Asking for an upgrade ?

Hi @Jason192   You you trying to download programmes in HD or UHD without a HD or UHD subscription? If this is the case, change your download preference to SD in the settings.
