Ski multi room will not connect

After having an upgrade on internet ski multi room will not work have re booted and done everything advised still does not work

Might take a while for it too registier too your new router that happend me also .. are has it been a while since you upgraded your internet i had too get a new router tho after upgrading from superfast 2 ultrafast .

Hi @Greenall 

Have you carried out a Network reset on the Mini box?

Network Reset found in mini box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WPS .You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box. (Not on the mini as the Network reset will start the mini box WPS automatically).

If you are on Sky Broadband and the Sky router is nearer to the mini than the main Q box then you can press the WPS button on the Sky router.

Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
