Unknown tracker

My tv keeps popping up with a message saying I know tracker and then the message goes away. It happens every 30 minutes? Does anyone know what that's about ? Thanks in advance

@LSKYHELP  That does not sound like any message a Sky Q box would display so would be your TV displaying this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I've never heard of that occurring either. Perhaps take a photo the next time it appears and post the image on this thread.
