Signal to Q box dropping out every 10 mins.

Moved home into an apartment block. Sky signal through a comms room and other 7 occupiers have no issues. 
after considerable difficulty fully installed my Qbox and achieved connection to network. However I have been experiencing signal drop out approximately every 10 minutes with a blank screen for up to 1 second. 
I have switched everything off. 
I have checked all cable connections. 
I have connected to my new full fibre hub. 
internet signal good and feeding other devices. 
can it be my QBox which I brought with me is faulty or needs update. 
This fault is beyond me. 
Surely I need an engineer visit. I am 75 and struggling with IT.

@MRB+Lisburn it sounds you are on a communual systems if so have you gone in to the engineers menu and changed the lnb setting from wideband to scr

To enter the engineers menu do the following
press the home button then scroll down to settings and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
