Help with a sky q box. Has anyone got a number to call and speak to a human being -PLEASE

Channel  4 has no signal, I have tried everything that Sky have suggested and nothing works. Can anyone help, I need to speak to someone

No signal and no satellite signal messages are different…

”No signal” messages tend to be generated from your TV and normally means your TV’s not seeing the Sky box on the relevant HDMI input.

I agree, it's ridiculous. Even Vodafone is better than this, this is shocking customer service
