Shambolic service!!

My Sky Q mini box broke.  I spoke to a really helpful man who arranged to send out a replacement.  All straightforward.  The DPD Delivery didn't happen - they sent a photo of the wrong house saying they had tried to deliver.  I think they wanted an early Friday finish as they found my house easily today.  Then the wrong replacement box (main Sky Q) has been sent.  I just want to be able to watch TV.

Youll need to contact Sky to arrange the delivery of the correct box and collection of the main box if this wasn't returned today via DPD.

Thanks I did.  Did have to ask the lady on the phone for an apology - it wasn't offered.  Really poor customer service all round.
