My Sky Q mini box broke. I spoke to a really helpful man who arranged to send out a replacement. All straightforward. The DPD Delivery didn't happen - they sent a photo of the wrong house saying they had tried to deliver. I think they wanted an early Friday finish as they found my house easily today. Then the wrong replacement box (main Sky Q) has been sent. I just want to be able to watch TV.

Thanks I did. Did have to ask the lady on the phone for an apology - it wasn't offered. Really poor customer service all round.
