Hi. I switched from Sky Q to Stream but didn't get on with Stream so cancelled it. I returned all my Q equipment.
I miss the Q box so I've just rang up and got a £5 monthly Sky Essentials deal but someone has to come out and install a new box again.
I did query this with the agent but was told as I cancelled before I have to have a Sky install again instead of a box being posted out.
Is this correct? Thanks.

I suspect that's just based on what their script says: from memory posters have reported both installer attendance and courier delivery in those circumstances. At least it should be a quick visit...
