Satellite Dish Scaffolding

Due to some repair work that needed to be done. Some scaffolding was put up and block my signal.

It has been removed but the scaffolding has been put up next door to fix their issues. Again I believe it's blocking my signal but it's not as severe as before 

Granted I'm not an expert on this but I'm thinking that an Engineer can move my dish, so it's out of the way of the Scaffold or do whatever that is needed so I can get a signal to my TV because I'm thinking that the dish has to be in one specific location.

Am I correct?

@Nicholas+Rope providing there's a direct line of sight between the new dish .location and the orbiting satellite, yes.

After taking a look, it appears that a couple of inches from the side is being blocked, so I thinking that it may have been nudged

@Nicholas+Rope quite possibly.  An engineer can re-align it for you.
