Hi,
I've had HBO for a few months as part of my sky subscription and the likes of the Pitt was a big part of our viewing week. However this weekend something has changed.
When I go into the HBO Max App on Sky, it is like I have gone back in time, as I am being offered the Get HBO Max screen with options to Get HBO Max or Sign In. Neither work - I've tried and tried and the process goes around in circles. The process is maddening.
When I look at my Sky account I can see HBO Max as an active product. Its like the
App doesn't recognise I am subscribed for it.
I was talking to HBO customer support. They told me I need to get the sky partner id from sky, to progress the case at their end. But I cannot get thru to Sky at the weekend.
Anyone else come across this and been able to solve?
