Samsung Frame

We are having intermittent issues with the connection between our Sky Q box and our Samsung Frame TV. It appears to lose the picture, it sort of blips out. It happens irregularly and can be worse on some days than others. Thank you in advance for any ideas! Seriously considering binning Sky as the TV works perfectly when using Apps!

HDMI lead is mostly likely issue.

How long is it?  Check its pushed in fully?  Tried a different one?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Thank you - we've tried that and unfortunately it made no difference

What happens if, just as a test, you run the Q box at 1080p?

@Ellida press the home button on the remote scroll down to setting > setup> audio /visual > picture resolution and set it to 1080p
