Hi all

Currently trying to watch sky sports in UHD. It keeps cutting out audio and glitching on the picture? (I've never had an issue with this until now)

When I have put it back on normal HD sky, it's fine? Can anyone assist with my issue please.

Reboot your box in the first instance.

It could be a dish alignment issue if that doesn't fix it.

I have same issue today for the owls v peterborogh game. Hd is fine, just uhd is freezing and pixelated

Looks like it maybe an issue Sky end, I had some pixelation and sound troubles with some of the live uhd feeds yesterday.

A box reboot did not fix it for those feeds.

The f1 and main event channel uhd worked faultlessly, including the live Indycar practice.
