My Sky Q box keeps dropping wifi connection (Sky Broadband). The only way to get it back is to continually unplug the Sky Q box and plug it back in. My Roku stick has NEVER ONCE lost connection to the router and I keep having to switch to it to watch netflix.
Is there a call out charge for an engineer? I presume not if I'm under contract, regardless of box age?

Hi there,
We worked through a software update but tonight it has sadly lost interent connection yet again. I think the open tech chat has expired 🤕

Sky Q disconnected yet again on Friday..I didn't bother unplugging it and just used my Roku stick instead. today it has reconnected on it's own 😆, but the long term problem is still there
