I'm thinking of buying a second sky q package for a holiday home. I can only get WiFi there using an unlimited data SIM in a mobile router (Lebara running on the Vodafone network). Will sky Q work that way please?

@djmikeyt Sky Q still uses satelitte for its TV service it only uses broadband for it's on demand so Q should work fine for live TV etc and your on demand should work as well

Thanks. For the helpful reply. Does it mean that, with a suitable sky Q dish installed at the holiday home I could take my current box with me instead of paying twice please?

No, that's specifically forbidden in the Terms & Conditions.
