Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

@Dingleannie
If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband hub and 31 days for Sky Q box(es)], to the address that the subscription was registered at.

Note:~ If you’ve switched from Sky Q to Sky Glass the packaging is usually sent out after 31 days in case you change your mind about Glass.

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

If you haven’t anything suitable contact Sky again and see if they’ll re-send. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

@caesarome Better hope they send out the package as I don't have a printer.

Another question on leaving Sky TV. Sorry.

My sky TV ends on 11 September.

When do Sky usually switch off the signal?

Thank You.

In this example if the 11th is your final day of your 31 days notice to cancel  then it should be the 12th then it will be blocked.

Re: Returning Sky Q equipment.

@caesarome HaHa...Looking forward to it.

On a side note.  Thank you for all your help with my Sky TV worries and questions. You won't see me anymore in the Sky Q section.

But I still have broadband and Sky mobile. So I won't be gone forever.

Re: Returning Sky Q equipment.

I received the packaging to return my sky q mini as I don't use it. I've put everything in. It come with a label so I've stuck that on. Do I just take it to post office?
