Programme Unavailable

Had Sky Q Installed 21/10. By 23/10 my mini box was displaying "Programme Unavailable". Have rebooted router, main box, mini box with no change. Have seen this issue reported many times on here but no posts on how to resolve.

 

Any help much appreciated
