We posted back our Sky equipment over a month ago but now have been sent a box to return it. How can I check that mine has been received back at Sky and I won't incurr charges?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky only tend to contact customers when they haven't received them back (or to put it more simply when it hasn't been processed as being returned). Have you kept your proof of posting ?

I can't find proof of posting - at least I haven't yet. We moved hence sending it back and we have been unpacking and lost sight of slip. Then Sky sent the box to send it all back which has made me realise I should check it out. It's all been a bit crazy moving away and we thought we'd sort it ahead of the move but it might have been easier bringing the old box with us!

I have returned my sky box and all leads and handset, however I forgot to pack the viewing card in the box, will I get charged for not returning it ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI should imagine you would be OK as Sky will have deactivated the viewing card so it can't be used again.

Sky would not expect the viewing card back, if fact if you decided to return to Sky Q after a short time away Sky wouldn't send you a new viewing card as they would have presumed you'd kept the original.

Hello. Apologies if this is a daft question.
I'm trying to use the Royal Mail prepaid label generator, its firstly asking for 'door number and postcode?' Is this my door number and postcode? Or door number and postcode of where it's being sent to? If this is the case does anybody know?
As further down it askes for my address & postcode. Do they need me to enter my details twice?
Thanks again from a not so techno geek !
