Returning Sky Q equipment after payment has been taken

I forgot to return the Sky Q equipment after cancelling my Sky tv subscription, and Sky have now taken payment for the cost of the equipment. Can I still return the equipment and get a refund?

Yes. Keep the proof of posting indefinitely.

 

Unipart are the company that deal with returns and are taking more than 2 weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. 

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.
