Returning Sky Q box etc

I recently changed to Sky Glass.  Today I received my return box but it's not clear if I need to return the viewing card too.

No, keep it safe.  (You'll only need it if you returned to Q)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I have very recently changed to SKY Glass TV and I was told to return SKY Q Box. I am awaiting for return packaging.  What else needs to return along with SKY Q Box, for example, remote, any wire also to return?

They should contact you and tell you what they are expecting back. In terms of Sky Q, it's the main box, any mini boxes, remotes, power leads.

Cancelling Sky Q? You might be asked to return any:

  • Sky Q boxes (including Sky Q 1TB box, Sky @ 1TB UHD box, Sky Q 2TB box)

  • Sky Q remote(s), cables and any other accessories that were provided with your install
  • Sky boosters
