Sky Q mini box is stuck on opening accessibility screen

My Sky Q mini box froze after not switching on and having a red light. 
I did factory reset on the box, pressed the on button on the box and now the remote isn't controlling the box and Sky Q mini is stuck on the accessibility screen and I'm unable to control it. 
I've tried to control the mini box through the Sky Go app but it isn't finding the mini box to control. 
Can anyone help me please?

Sky have suggested the following...

  • Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&6
  • Wait for the remote to flash
  • Then dismiss the information screen "Skip & set up later"
  • Hold 1&3 to repair the remote control

If 4&6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&3 and follow the on-screen setup to allow the remote to control the TV.
