Returning Equipment
Hi.
I have had a txt message to say I must return my equipment. But I have already sent the equipment over 2 weeks ago!

Re: Returning Equipment
@Daren
Have you kept your proof of posting or have Sky emailed you stating the equipment is with the courier?
We understand returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed and even then Unipart (who deal with the returns) are not the quickest in updating Sky that equipment has been received. If you have proof of posting let us know in this thread and we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team. If you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.
Please don’t post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt.

Re: Returning Equipment
No I didn't keep any proof as the bloke who works in the post office has said that sky would email me to say they have received the package.
so I didn't think I needed any proof.

Re: Returning Equipment
The bloke at the Post Office misinformed you. Sky don't automatically tell you they've received it but will chase you up if they claim they haven't received it. All you can do is call Sky and plead your case. Any removal of non return fees without proof of posting will be at Skys discretion.
