Returned item not received by Sky

Hello - I cancelled my Sky Mini subscription and returned the box + cables when requested to do so and using the packaging supplied by Sky. I have proof of postage and delivery from Royal Mail plus I received a thank you from Sky for returning the item. I am now receiving texts saying that I will be charged if don't return the item. How do I stop these messages?

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Escalation Team may get in touch with you later or maybe tomorrow now.

Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread regularly.

If you are using Safari also make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you have trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

i rturned my equipment to sky and was being chased my text, i did live chat a while abck and gave the royal mail number and they updated my account as the package was receievd.  im now being chased again saying i didnt return them . i dont have time to call them how can i stop these txts ?

Do you still have the proof of posting? Let us know in this thread and we can get you some help from the Escalation Team. If you haven’t retained it any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.
