Cannot get Netflix in bedroom

Hi,

 

For some reason we are unable to get Netflix in the bedroom using the mini box. We just get the word "Netflix" and the spinning icon. It seems to work fine in the lounge using the main box. 

I've tried switching both boxes off at the mains but that doesn't seem to work!

Hi @BaileyGB Try rebooting your devices in the following order:-

 

 Reboot your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, do the same with any Mini boxes?

Hi, I just tried what you said but still the same problem. Netflix working perfectly in the lounge from the main box. But in the bedroom, all we get is the Netflix name and a constantly spinning icon.
