Hello,
I have recently had a new sky box fitted and was informed to send the old one back. We sent the old one back using the box provided by sky, however I have received a message saying if I do not receive it, I will get charged. Please can you confirm receipt of the old box.

We’re customers on here. This is predominantly a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services. As you've had a new box did the DPD driver not do a box swop on your doorstep? Secondly did you keep your proof of posting for the return?
