I have cancelled sky and was asked to return the main sky box (we have done this and this has been received by sky). However we also had a mini box but was not asked to return this. What do I do with this now?
thank you

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

It's still owned by Sky. Do not dispose of it.

Hi @Tasha195
Mini boxes need to be returned to Sky as well.
All Q boxes including minis are only rented. Failure to return will result in non return charges.

I know they are still owned by sky but how am I supposed to send them back if they haven't sent packaging for them? I can't find an email address to contact them with.
