I have downgraded my sky TV package and have to return equipment any body tell me why.

@gerryhall because all the Sky Q equipment is only loaned to you and is owned by Sky so needs to be returned when you cancel 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband

During discussions did you at any point speak about cancelling in full as that may have generated the packaging being sent out?

Yep have that and not cancelled. Is that the same sa multi screen.

Yes. Sky Q has Multiscreen and Sky+ has Multiroom.

If you are still a Sky Q customer then you shouldn't have to return the equipment unless you have cancelled so what is it you did on your account, did you cancel something like sports and/or movies ?
