Return goods

Reference to return equipment remains open.  Awaiting only for update to SKY Q  to be fitted with engineer visit on 21 June as confirmed. On MY SKY says a router was delivered on 3 June and SKY return labels on 5 June. All orders for proposed router with SKY were cancelled and nothing related has been delivered. Please clear this from my (over 30 year with SKY) account.
