Return equipment package and labels

I took out a new contract with Sky and need to return the sky Q that I had previously.

@Be-66  If you've renewed your TV package and still have Sky Q i'm unsure why you need to be returning the TV box.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi

i took out a new contract as the previous one was not in my name.

i therefore need to return the equipment as I was paying the bill

@Be-66  You can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband, you can use your own packaging for this.

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

This link will not let you print the returns label, 

I recieved my box to return my equipment but there was no returns label, what is the address I need to retun this too ? 

any help greatly appreciated

That link does link you print the label via Royal Mail as per this:

 

  1. Go to Royal Mail returns to get a pre-paid returns label.
  2. Fill in your contact details and reason for your return, then select Create your label.
  3. You’ll get an email with your returns label. Print it and attach to your package.

No printer? No problem. You can print a returns label at your local Post Office if you visit and complete the steps above there.
