I have just received a letter asking us to return a Sky Q 2TB UHD but ALL equipment was returned on 28/05/2025 following package upgradge. How can I sort this as I can't seem to get through to anyone despite calling several Customer Service numbers.

We could have arranged some help for you via here but as you have deleted your account this will not be possible so if you still have this issue and if you have the receipt from the proof of posting then give Sky a call and give them the tracking number.
